The new patient process is painful as others have mentioned. They are also slow to respond to voicemails as you will rarely reach a live human when calling. Dr. M is a good Dr. It's getting to actually meet with her is a process that could definitely be improved upon.

Questions & Answers

What about beds. I have back and hip problems. Can a regular hospital bed be requested if needed? Do I need house slippers or regular shoes?

What are the inpatient requirements? I don't see anything about what clothes to bring. Should I bring my own hygiene products? Can I crochet, do crochet or draw in between sessions. These are hobbies that are relaxing for me. Are cellphones allowed?

This is not a hospital setting. It is an office that office psychological counseling and psychiatric medications.

Do you offer in home evaluation so the patient does not realize she is being evaluated
