It is only listed for hiking and equestrians. There are two small sections where equestians are not permitted
Natural Lands allows dogs to the preserve but they MUST be leashed at all times, no exceptions. Violators will be asked to leave. In addition, ChesLen is "leave no trace" so you must bag your dog's poo and take it with you. Thanks for asking.
