Reserved a 17 ft on line. When we got there they had us fill out a little paperwork and we were leaving the dock in ten minutes. Boat ran great all day. Caught fish, prices were reasonable, what more could we ask for!

Always a good time use them all the time for rentals the prices are fair the workers are VERY friendly and helpful

Paid and rented a boat 2 months before the date to be used for my 4 kids and me to do crabbing. We arrived at the pier at 7:30 and were the 4th car there. They told us boat was not ready and they would call. Supposed to go out 8-12. At 8:30, they said boat was still being repaired and they have nothing else. Kids watched people arrive after us and go out on similar boats. Asked for refund and the one rep said we can’t refund the bait and other refund would take weeks. Joke of a company. Do not use them. Pontoon was great, easy to use for a non-boater. RENTERS: Warning - check the ladder on your boat, if it's non-existent or broken (doesn't extend into the water) don't go in the water or it will be near impossible to get out. Mentioned this to the staff and it sounds like a common issue not being dealt with properly.
