There are no restrooms per SE, but there are several portals and at the bay beach
There is only head-in parking at the beach. There are side streets, but I doubt you could find 25' where you would not be blocking a driveway.
Daily $8/ week $20. You can buy them right from the badge checker who will be sitting at the entrance.
