Rooms were outdated and not very clean. When I arrived I was informed by a note on the desk that the pool was closed and that housekeeping wouldn't be provided due to Covid yet they were still serving breakfast so I was a little confused. I had to ask for bath towels and was told staff didn't enter guest room after check in...did they not clean my room and restock before I stayed? I definitely shouldn't have spent almost $600 on this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. However, I’m giving one star because: 1.) Shower water pressure was very low. 2) The exercise bike and elliptical equipment was dirty/sticky and in poor condition. I couldn’t use the treadmill because the belt needs to be lubricated. The exercise room had no ventilation and smelled musty (why would you have carpet in an exercise room anyway?). 3.) Hot tub water is green. Nope, not getting in that’s. Swimming pool has chipped paint on bottom. (Not getting in that either) 4. Ice machine on 3rd floor had yellowish drip stains on it and on the floor under it. Gross

Stayed for 14 days and it was not to bad. Had a big bed and a pullout couch for beds. TV needs updated and wifi is slow(most are) , they do have free continental Breakfast. Workout machines were having problems so you might need to go to another gym. Swimming pool is outside and was closed at the time. Friendly staff !!! Was also able to control the Ac/heater unit.

Recently remodeled. The exterior, the lobby areas and my room look great (except for below details). However, I am giving it a 1 star because the room piping drainage has not improved since the last visit (about 18 months ago) and cleanliness of the room was bad. I find it hard to understand why the housekeeping staff is not bringing up the problems to the manager for action if they are visiting the rooms for cleaning them. If you take a shower, you do not want a 2" puddle of water to be there when you end your shower...nasty. Also, the shower looks to have been repaired when indeed needed replacement (the sink was cracked too). It was chipped in multiple locations, the sealant around it was improperly administered making it hard to clean it and mold growth was nasty. The problem of mold and lack of cleaning was also evident in the shower grout areas. I will not recommend staying here when there are 2-3 new hotels in the area. Also, staff was friendly but they could use some training on hospitality to make things better. The breakfast was cheap (carbs based) lacking healty options for the elderly or diabetics.
