Literally in the Drive-Thru right now. It has now been over 20 minutes for me to get my food. They actually open the window to ask me what I ordered. I don't think I can ever come back to this location, and I live right down the street.

Just left here today. Normally no problems except for the wait. But I order nacho fries and end up with regular fries like no nacho taste on them don’t even look like nacho fries and I ordered two.

Horrible customer service! The cashier, Chevon, shouldn’t work in customer service…she’s rude. There was literally 2 cars in drive through and it took almost 10 minutes to get two small items from the menu…ridiculous!

Always slow at this location, I stopped going and go to the one on Memorial Dr in the shopping center where Planet Fitness is. Very clean and fast servixe
