She was very rude and had awful customer service. We were trying to open an account. She didn't listen and was impatient when we asked questions and tried to clarify them. She said she had a staff meeting right at 5:30pm and that we had to come back the following day to complete our transaction. She was too rushed to give us good customer service. Would not recommend this bank.

I don't work there anymore but yes, they still sell them. As far as I know they are still $10.

If your not a state employee, can you open an account, & do you deposit a day early before the assigned date

They will let you open a account if someone in your immediate family works for the state or local government and yes deposit are credited some times up two days before pay day
