I ordered my pizza after 3 hours of waiting it still hadn't been delivered I called the location to find out what was going on I was sent to a call center the call center routed me back to the store that never picked up my call I have to go to my bank and get the charge removed because I cannot contact anyone at Pizza Hut to actually deal with the situation. I will not be partaking from this location again and I seriously doubt moving forward that I'll be shopping at Pizza Hut for any reason whatsoever.

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite, but this location is awful. One of their ovens is broken (at this moment in time) and they are putting pizzas thru the bottom oven, which doesn't get as hot. The end result? Their pizzas are under done and near raw dough. I have a feeling there is a consortium of people in Baker County who conspire with the owners of Little Caesars, Pizza Hut, and Domino's to all churn out some of the worst pizza you can stomach. The owners here clearly don't care about their location, they haven't updated it since it opened nor have they replaced the appliances in the kitchen. Multiple times we have ordered pizza from here and asked for well done. It's clear to me, the same illiterate trash that Domino's and Little Caesars employ also work here because they never give us pizzas well done. Pizza should have color, tan to dark brown in the crust. The cheese should be melty, not almost solid, and pepperonis should be curved upward. Don't order pizza from here, or any other place in Macclenny. You'll just be disappointed and it's a huge waste of money. Macclenny sucks.

Ordered a meaty marinara pasta and this is what it looked like 🤨 The manager said the cook forgot to add the cheese and decided to put it on AFTER it came out of the oven SMH. I told her that is highly unacceptable and shouldn't have even been placed in the box. The nerve of yall to give this to me like this is inscrutable and unprofessional. Will not be returning to this place and would give it negative 20 stars if I could!!!

Pizzas are just sad and they can get kind of pricey for a Specialty pizza. Without using their "special deals" (that generally aren't what you want) you are going to spend as much if you had just gone out to eat. Pizza looks like its on life support generally... Hit Lil Ceasars save $20 bucks... My pizza is dehydrated to the point it shatters when you bite it.. and I'm missing 2 of my boneless wings... wish I could say im surprised... ;^)
