Staff is great Lila always gives a warm welcome when I come in, prices are reasonable, it's perfectly located right off of I-10 easy access and right back on to I-10. Out of all of the stops in the area of I-10 and 301 this is without a doubt the best one. Highly recommend if you need to get off the road in this area this is the place to go.

Subway closes at 10 instead of being open 24h like other, better managed truck stops with Subways. Roller grill items looked hard and crusty. Decided to try for nachos, took the bag out of the nacho tray to find nacho tray covered in hair and debris. Checked 4 other bag/trays and all had hairs in the bottom. 4 people in line for a shower, multiple showers open but not clean, and nobody cleaning the showers. Half of their parking is reserved. This Pilot genuinely doesn't care at all. They gave up years ago and are waiting to get shut down. Skip this hole in the wall at all costs.

Referencing Travel Center #87, Baldwin, FL. This is a BIG NOTE OF KUDOS to Clarissa and two other women who work here. On Sep 24th, 2021 in the early afternoon I stopped here and inadvertently locked my keys and cell phone in my car. This is a very busy Pilot and I asked for help from the staff. During the afternoon these three women provided their cells/help and use of the Pilot cashier's phone over the counter to make phone calls. It was Friday afternoon and it was near impossible to get someone to come out to this location to open my car. With the help of these wonderful ladies, though they were swamped with customers, they each, in turn, helped me to finally find someone to come out. They could have just said they were too busy - but no! They enabled me to get help and let my wife know where I was. I do a lot of traveling, and Pilot Travel Center has just moved to First Place in my travel stop companies. I might also add that all the people here are so friendly with their customers. Kudos again to them and their management. And my personal thanks to them all. Employees like this make your business stand out.
