Awesome little locql grocery store/deli with some really tasty takeaway breakfast sandwiches. I'll definitely be coming back on my next trip through Fairfield! Very good vibe, and super polite and friendly staff.

I worked in a Deli in Florida and the meat they're using here isn't sliced to order for sandwiches. Got old, foul tasting turkey on my grinder earlier today. I wouldn't recommend their sandwiches. Stick to other offerings. Also odd to have some people in that department just standing around doing nothing. EDIT: To the owner or whomever who wrote a snarky response and then deleted it, no I don't want a job here. I own and operate my own company. All I was hoping for was a sandwich with fresh meat. Not old. Not smelly. If its too much to ask your staff to check the meat daily and scan out the out-of-date product (shrink), then I apologize. I didn't realize asking for a fresh turkey and mayo sub in a "specialty gourmet shop" was such a big ask.
