You would need a dealer’s license. Please call the GIADA. They can provide all of the info you would need. Google GIADA for the phone number. Their website may be able to answer all of your questions as well.

Can I buy cars from from this auctions even though I do not have dealers licenses yet? If I can not is theres any way or any other deals? Or how can I get my dealers license?

I’m sorry but only licensed automotive dealers are permitted on the property. To inquire about a dealer’s license please go to GIADA.org You can see what you need to do there and/or you can call them. It is a rather long and expensive process.
When is your auction day? If you are Manheim member can you buy with your auction or have to re-registered.
