The experience was enjoyable because I did a lot of talking and the technician also talked back with me. We both had run the Boulder Bolder in Colorado and although it is hard to have the freezing chemical throwing at you he was good at keeping me talking and I just didn't pay attention. I am concerned about how the biopsy turned out and I have a couple spots on my nose that I'm supposed to leave alone. But it's not pretty but that's not your fault. You did a very good job Thank you

Because you care calling Bend. It is a LONG automated process. They ALSO answer the phones for the satilite office in Klamath Falls, Oregon. They are trying to make EVERYTHING on the web. But sometimes you REALLY need to speak with a REAL PERSON!!!

Some insurance companies do require referrals from primary care providers and sometimes even prior authorizations before they will provide coverage.
