Just terrible. Utilities are a necessity and what this company does is textbook predatory.

The people that work here are very nice. The late charges are terrible. Last month I called a day late to pay and they charged me $37. The date that the bill is due is always different. Sometimes the bill is due on the first, sometimes the second, sometimes the third and sometimes the fourth of the month. That throws me off. The service is good but the late fees are way too high!!

They take advantage of people with their prices, then rob people by tacking on $25 for a one day late fee. Sad that people take advantage of loyal customers & people during hard times.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They are crooks. They charged me $384 for 900 square feet with two people living in it. That's for gas, water and electric. I used to live in Athens with FIVE roommates and my GA power bill was NEVER this high. I am so over it. I say we lobby to get another power company in the city limits of Elberton !!
