100 DEGREES out pool still NOT open has not been opened in over a YEAR! But they putting up dog waste bin, There’s SO MANY ISSUES that could be fixed instead of putting in dog parks and dog waste bins, you think they were care for the people here that actually pay rent and not the animals that are not allowed. Trash compactor always BROKEN. You have to put ROACH bait down YOURSELF unless u want to live with BUGS!!!! Pest control has only been here ONCE in the past year. Please save your money three Management changes in the past year with NO improvement. Actually has gotten WORST with each change. All they do is make EMPTY PROMISES, I was told the pool will be open over a month ago, Gym has been closed since I moved here as well. AC doesn’t work properly water leaking from bathroom sink (we pay water over here) JUST SAD!!! RUN If you actually want AMENITIES!

I rented a washer and dryer from the complex. The washer stopped draining water. I put in a maintenance request and 8 months later it’s still broken. They have yet to replace or fix the washer. It’s been 80+ degrees all week and my air has been out all week. I put in a work order 3 days ago. They finally came to check it out after sitting in the office all day they told me the motor was broken and they won’t be able to fix it until Thursday next week. The maintenance man also almost passed out. I had to sit him down and give him bottled water. It’s 89 degrees in my apartment. They was suppose to put in a window unit until it got fixed. 5 days later and they have not upheld their end. I’m having to stay in an hotel tonight due to the heat and the fact that I do not have family here. The pool nor gym has been open in 2 years. The gate has never worked. This isn’t a gated community. The apartments are very outdated. 3/10

Roaches, work orders not completed or even acknowledged, mold and mildew through the apartments, expect you to pay rent on time, but cant get anything fixed. The latino maintenance man has an extremely cocky attitude, but can't back it up with actual work. Nothing is fixed, microwave hanging on for dear life, has tape holding certain pieces together and for some odd reason is ALWAYS hot. Office staff is extremely nice and pleasant, which is why there is a star....
