They were very friendly and promised 1 day turnaround when our condo's washing machine broke in the middle of our vacation. They offered to deliver to the corner cleaner at freshfield and told me to pick up after 4. I arrived before 5:00 and the store was closed early. The John's island store is supposed to be open until 6 and no one is answering the phone. Now we're stuck with no clothes.
