First thing first the 2.7 rating is not right. Most of the reviews here are old and I think there could be a different management now. We were late from our appointment time but we STILL GOT LOADED IN less than hour. WoW!!! Every employee we met there from the nicest security guard to the lady at desk everyone were amazing. The guy who were loading us even secured the load himself. The were really supportive to truckers If anyone coming here for pickup don't care about the reviews. I hope we may have another pickup here. Hats Off...

My experience here was good i can say.. the security gaurd on enterance , shipper or the employees who load my trailer all were very nice I don’t know why they got bad reviews or 2.7 , my experience was pretty much good

As long as you're not blocking traffic I believe it's fine.

They don't provide one. Dispatch provides pick up#and appt. time. Report to guard at least 15 minutes prior to appt. Guard reports arrival time once you make it to the guard booth regardless of how long the line is
