29626 doesn't use Electric City utilities. I forget the utilities you will use. Call electric city utilities, they will yell you the name. Theirs is $100 Deposit.

Are you using the house meter or a irrigation meter? Is it a new pool or due to repair? Bring a receipt for purchase or repair to office they may can adjust. But not free no
You shouldn't. Check with Hammond water co. They may not have disconnected where you lived before/after using electric city utilities.
