Altogether we have roughly 3,000 acres of property. 1,100 acres along the Ocmulgee River, and 1,900 acres nearby in Dodge and Telfair Counties.

If you are completely inexperienced then hunting is extremely hard if not impossible - don't forget the animals you are going after have been working hard to avoid humans and other predators their entire lives. Not to mention you're going to have to find land that you're allowed to hunt on, get a weapon to use, learn how to use it, etc. All things that we provide for you here at Gum Log to make your hunting experience that much easier.

If you're unexperienced, a guide helps greatly increase the chances of you actually coming across any animals. Hunting is much harder than is portrayed in film and television, it requires dedication and a fair amount of knowledge to do it properly. A guided hunt will take all the hard work and tracking out of it, so you can just focus on the exciting parts of the hunt.
