This has been our go-to breakfast place for about 6 months, since we discovered the delicious protein pancakes. A couple of times we went when it was crowded and were told that they were very short staffed and couldn't give us the service we deserved. Greatly appreciated. Up until today, our service has been very good, especially considering the shortages in the hospitality industry right now. We understand. Today was not great. We waited at least an hour for our food, which was a simple pancake combo with over easy eggs. Apparently, another waitress picked up our order and delivered it to the wrong table and ours had to be remade. Still took a long time. The waitress assured us she was trying to get a discount on our food for the long wait. After all that, the eggs were way overdone and the discount was 10%. Ridiculous for the amount of time we had to wait. My husband complained, but the manager stood firm, only 10%. We always tip well, and in fact, still tipped the waitress on the original amount, but this is no longer going to be our go-to place for breakfast.

I think the Manager should of stepped up and helped the staff! Instead she was doing paperwork that could have been done after the people were served. Teamwork makes the Dream Work! We waited for an hour and a half!! The food was delicious and the wait staff was wonderful!! However the Manager may need more training in getting the job done and help instead of giving an already stressed out staff orders!!

Love IHOP, they strive to do their best even with staffing shortages. Bless their hearts. Brandy the manager was an angel doing a balancing act of waiting, cooking & keeping everyone happy. It'll be because of HER I go back & will ask for HER section. Thanks Brandy

I wanted to leave a good review because the lady that works here just got yelled at by another patron. When we came in the hostess was explaining that it would be 30 minutes to be seated because there was only one Server and one Cook. The “lady” said, “You can’t even seat me?!” She said, “Mam, if we seat you, you’ll expect service right then and we cannot with our staff. We would rather you know up front, rather than you sit and wait.” I think she did the right thing, but she still got yelled at. That “lady” was harsh! We waited and got wonderful service. Especially our hostess, Becky. So sweet!!
