I've lived here for several years. In the last two years I've discovered some very unsavory and questionable behaviors by several of the people in charge of the park as well as some of the residents. I wish I could sell and move away but my income limits me at this time. So do your homework. If you can, reach out to those who've lived here and sold. Especially recently. The park isn't what it was 5 years ago. Most of the reasons are of certain types of people who've moved into the park and the everchanging faces and partiality of the those who are currently running the park. Acts of violence and vandalism are taking place as never before. There are several more very valid reasons why there has been a recent large turnover in home sales. Although the grounds may be pretty, all that glitters is not gold.

Most properties are sold via MLS realtors. If you are in the park those for sale are posted in the window of the office, and on a board outside at the front door of the clubhouse. There is no "rent", and rentals are NOT allowed. What you pay is a set monthly fee for your share of the expenses paid every May 1 and Nov 1. You pay 6 months at a time. There are currently 3 on the market in pine hill park. They range from 36500 to 67500.
Units cannot be rented out! There are semi-annual maintenance fees that pay for mowing, trash pick up & other items such as roadway up keep, etc.
Yes pets are allowed. 2 small dogs under 20 lbs.
We don't lot rent we have maintenance fee about 2000 +_ a year
