We shop here for all of our alcohol Nd have always gone inside and loved our interactions with the associates. This evening we did curbside pickup for the first time. I accidentally parked in Fresh Thyme’s curbside spots. I got a call from the Total Wine associate who wasn’t kind on the phone or even willing to joke at the fact that I made a mistake. He was so dry and made me feel bad about my mistake. I moved to the right space, opened my trunk for him and then he came out and said “ID” without making any sort of conversation. He went to the back of our SUV, put the items in and walked away without closing the trunk. Normally I wouldn’t mind this but before he helped us, he helped a lady next to us and was very conversational and closed her trunk for her. As a manager of a store, this is not the customer service I’d want my associates displaying for our customers especially when the priority is retention of customers. Maybe he was just having a bad day or maybe he just didn’t like me for some reason.

Great selection. Do not go close to any time they are going to close. The manager likes to remind you if you are looking at something that the store is closing. We had like 30 minutes but every like 5 minutes he would walk around telling people the store is closing. At one point there was still 15 minutes and we were in line to check out and they only had 2 people checking out he said 10 minutes the store is closing. So go early the manager maybe is not as grumpy.
