We purchased a 2022 Key West 24'4 in June and it's been in the shop more than it's been in the water. Misters have been repaired and were plumbed incorrectly 2x, drain has been repaired 2x, 2nd motor stopped going up and down and just got rewired and were advised this came from the factory wired incorrectly, underwater light not functioning and repaired. This is a month and 1/2 of owning. I'm very disappointed in this company and the way they sent out this boat. It's a new boat and it has more issues than a used boat.

We have had our Key West boat since 2010. We have had many great hours both inshore & offshore. We were curious if Key West offered tours of their manufacturing plant. We reached out and set one up a tour as we drove through South Carolina Tom was our personal tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable. He showed us the entire process from mold to a completed boat. Both Tom & the process is impressive. Glad we own a Key West!

I am a first time boat owner. Bought a 2021 Key west 239 DFS and at the time of delivery it had so many issues that Key West went ahead and built a 2022 as a way to make it right. I took that as a excellent customer service and a company that stands behind its product. I will give them a 5 starts on that. But when it comes to quality, not matter what they do, it isn’t there. I took possession of the boat on late July of 2021 and as of today it has been at the dealership for repairs for over 4 months and dealership is picking up boat again tomorrow. Extremely poor quality workmanship and no quality control at key west factory. Over 6 stress cracks on deck, water leaking into hull, gel coat cracks, fiberglass separating from hard top. I will definitely look at a different brand if you are looking for a boat that you could actually enjoy. Key west is not worst a penny. It is my personal opinion based on my experience with the brand.
