The food has been steadily declining since the new owners bought in several years ago. But the food this past weekend plus the HORRIBLE customer service has put the nail in the coffin. I waited in the "to go" line for 10 min without being acknowledged before I finally asked if I needed to call in my to go order. I was rudely answered with a no but continued to wait another 5 min before I was helped. The 2 young ladies working the line are rude and simply bad for the business. They do not know what customer service is and surely have turned off more customers than just myself. But I could deal with the poor service, if the food was half decent. It was not. Hushpuppies were so hard and old they went out the window. The cole slaw was rancid and had to have been made the prior weekend. The rice and hash was decent but was half the portions size they used to give out. I was raised on Dukes BBQ... its unfortunate what this place has become.
