They need to step up their standards. Not clean. The food was not presented well. Our salads weren't made as we usually have had. Ingredients thrown together. It definitely isn't Zaxby's finest. From out of town. I don't know that we'd go back to this Zaxby's.

The staff try their best and the food is good. The problem is with the rude customers mistreating the staff Everytime I go in there someone is hounding the staff.

The drive thru is a nightmare. Always.
They have a sign on the door some days the lobby is open some days it's not. I've seen them change the sign a few times now. When I went last weekend only people who had online orders were allowed in. It all depends on if they have enough staff or not.
