Terrible experience overall, I was in tremendous pain during a simple crown procedure, the first time around the intern messed up the crown install so it used to hurt my gums, when the permanent was put in it is now causing so much pain that I live off ibuprofen. Please go elsewhere. Not to mention charged 350+ dollars for third experience.

Goodbye Aspen. This place, company is all about MONEY. To be told that you can go someplace other, is not good. Plus, I referred my friend to Aspen to have a tooth extracted and they wanted to charge that person $276.00 for the extraction, claiming it was the charge for a surgical extraction of which the person never got cut or any stitches. Then once I complaint about the charge, the doctor supposedly looked back over the X-rays and out of the blue, they was able to apply a coupon which bring the total down to $220.00. Just the same, they want to dip into my pocket and also my insurance pocket, even though my insurance covers me to have a examine and extraction done without me coming out of my pocket. Aspen, you all should be ashamed of yourselves. I will be informing my insurance company. People if you go to Aspen Dental, pay close attention to the charges and also what is being done and sent to your insurance co.

Dirty equipment. Holes in the wall. They don’t wipe their counters and floors down. Denied me treatment with two seperate insurances. And proceeded to try and bill me for 3,097$. Dental hygienist was very rude and off putting.

I was impressed with the entire staff there, including the dentist, the dental hygienist, the office manager, and the medical assistant. All were knowledgeable, efficient, competent, and best of all, kind. I was very satisfied with the care and treatment I received, and I will plan to return there. I did not experience discomfort. I have kind of a crummy dental history and they did their best with what was brought to them! And they educated rather than blamed.

Questions & Answers

I have very bad teeth and is considering implants. I wonder what the cost will be and how long the procedure takes? I do have dental coverage and wonder if implants are best?

You can call and ask about inplants..theyre a very knowledgeable staff...my front bottom was crowding..i had the front bottom pulled..got temp partial the same day. Also google the prices for inplants. They are expensive and considered cosmetic which most insurances wont pay. Good luck.

Do you accept people who don't have insurance?

The team can certainly help those without insurance. New patients without insurance are eligible for a free exam, x-rays, and consultation during their first visit. There are also financing options available. If you would like more information, or would like to plan a future visit, please visit AspenDental.com. - Emily, ADMI
