Some of the reviews are from a year or so ago. Is there any fairly new reviews. Has there been any improvement since the last post? Has management step up their game in correcting the tenants issues? Any further feedback would be greatly appreciated

If I had known this apartment was problematic I wouldn't have moved here. For all they take you through just to rent . It should be top notch. Water problems since I moved in , ceiling tiles peeling all over my furniture and bed everyday. And maintenance responds but this building need professional plumbers.

Where do i begin. If i could give this place 0 rating i would. Was lookin to rent so i went and picked the key up. Upon goin to check it out, theres a box outside with wires tangled up and hangin out the box. You walk in, and theres water damage on the ceiling.the one bedroom apartment is just that..ONE BEDROOM a kitchen and a narrow bathroom. No living space. If that doesnt get you, the potent smell of weed will get you, it eminates from the apartment like somebody just smoked a join 5 minutes before we got there to look at it. Id essentially be paying $650.00 a month for one room no a kitchen and a small bathroom where youd probably get a contact high or electrocuted depending on the day youre having.

Terrible apartment complex! Takes forever to fix anything that messes up but is quick to proceed with an eviction notice. My grandparents passed a month ago but my mom paid last months rent, instead of them being understanding & trying to work with her they were hounding her asking if she was sure she didn’t have any other family that could pay the rent for this month then proceeded to tell her that they’re going with an eviction notice on the 10th. My grandparents went many days without a/c, heat, with their ceiling leaking water from the rain all over their electronics, no kitchen light, etc., & it would take DAYS for anyone to come look/fix anything but my grandparents always paid their rent on time no matter the circumstances. If you’re looking for somewhere to live please avoid these apartments at all cost!!
