I was recently in a car accident resulting in the need for a neck and body brace. A dear friend purchased a recliner/ lift chair for me from Massie Furniture, essential for me to be able to sleep at night. Two weeks after the purchase the chair stopped working. Massie responded immediately, arriving first thing the next morning. They assured me that one way or another they would get it fixed.When there was no obvious solution, they returned to the store to take a motor and hand control off another chair. That night I was able to sleep again in a working chair. It is this kind of superb customer service and kindness that has had me return time and time again, confident that they will stand behind the quality of their products.

Great service and no drama. I was assisted in December by Kevin Massie to get an adjustable bed for my mil. Delivery date was set for January 11th. No reminders necessary. No checklists, nothing. Before I could even think about the delivery, I got a knock on the door and they set everything up in 10 minutes or so.
