I placed an order for some dusting powder which I had previously been gifted. I liked the hometown company and wanted to reorder myself.after placing my order in late March I got a call today from someone at their business informing me that my order was returned to them. While reviewing address and zip it appears I put a 2 instead of a 3 in my zip code. My bad. The lady proceeded to tell me they will now have to pay more postage and it’s up to me to double check my entry. I apologized as this hasn’t happened before that I am aware of. She told me they would send it this time but future orders would not be sent and I should check my input. While I agree, I feel the tone and belittling words are unbecoming for a business. The end result was I called back and cancelled my order and asked for a refund. She told me “fine” and hung up. Well, they just lost a customer and my daughter also who introduced this company to me. Happy trails. In response to the owners reply: I am not the first to record an attitude from employees. Word to the wise: if you wanted me to pay for another shipping you should have said do and not copped an attitude.

Jack gave us a tour and he really knew a lot about the farm! He had us taste some of the herbs and he was extremely smart and funny!! Aquaponic greenhouse was really interesting and it was cool to learn how everything worked! I bought some lip balm, tomatoes, and a moisturizer mist and they are amazing!! 10/10 recommend the tomatoes. I thought it would have been $5 a person fro the tour but it was $5 for the 2 of us together so it was really nice!! I highly recommend this anyone in the lake Conroe area, it’s worth the drive for the fresh veggies!
