They are not what they appear to be. I've had 2 refrigerators go bad on me. It took 3 months of complaining just to get a new one. Meanwhile I've lost hundreds of dollars on food because I had no where to store it. I have pictures of food that I've had to throw away because of this. I have 4 children and I've asked for some type of refund and the management tells me that renters insurance should cover it. Very sad because they have one maintenance guy who can't work on all those apartments alone (not possible). Which is why it took so long for my and my family to get our refrigerators. They are blaming me! Upset and very unsatisfied tenant!!!!! Help!!

Mr.James from maintance is awesome. He came and fixed my unit after it being out for several days, took one look at it and knew immediately what was wrong. I have a baby that he knew of, so he made it a priority and I thank him for that. Keep up the good work.
