Without a doubt the poorest trained staff and manager in the organization. At 7:45 pm we entered Panera bread. My wife ordered a steak and white cheddar grilled sandwich to dine. I wanted a bread bowl with tomato soup. But they were out of bread bowls. The clerk offered no explanation for no bread bowl nor offered an apology for not having the bread bowl. No alternative sandwich was offered. Why offer a dish and it not be available? I ordered an Ice tea and when I went to fill up my cup with tea there was no tea available, nor would they make any tea available. Ice tea is a staple in southern restaurants. Not make any more? Disappointing. I went to pick up my wife’s sandwich and the young girl handed me a brown bag with the sandwich on it. I explained the order was for dine in. “Would you please prepare the sandwich as ordered?”, I asked. “No”, she said. “Sorry that’s what you got,” she said. Then she picks up a plate and shoves it across the counter to me and says, “here!” What incredibly bad service and training. I trust the store will close soon with such poor service and training. This store needs to visit a Chik-fil-a to see what real customer service is like. That’s where I’ll be eating next time.

Got Fuji apple salad with chicken but there was no chicken. Why say it has chicken if it doesn't? Got broccoli and cheese soup extremely runny no flavor and I don't know if it's supposed to have 1 big broccoli floret in it or it was just a missed price of broccoli. Asked for it to go sat there waiting finally got up and asked they tried to give me someone else's food first, said wrong order. Asked me what I ordered, then they found it on the pickup rack for people who ordered online. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR MY FIRST TIME GOING THERE!

Quite possibly the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. All of the tables were dirty. The drink machines were empty. The drink stations were very dirty. We had a random man come up and ask us to pay for his food. There were no cups or lids. When we got our salads, the chicken was literally frozen. When I took them back, the folks in the kitchen commented that there was not much they can do about that. Got a refund from the manager who never apologized. Do not come here!

Worse service ever left me standing there for several minutes while they chatted amongst themselves had to leave and come back how you should at least acknowledge my presence then he makes me wait even longer cause he walked away again to talk to another employee bad enough the food is not that good and expensive for the quality so I walked out
