Bought a big comfortable couch here. Wasn't shopping for one. But looked nice. It was the right color and it was comfortable. Mine needed replaced. Big Lots made it easy. Bought it and a hat! Took care of both ends!

With the new face-lift of the store it really looks very nice and shopping is more comfortable as it is more spacious.

Be VERY careful at this Big Lots. When I got home several things were missing from my order and when I immediately called back to ask about the missing objects the useless person who answered the phone checked and said nothing was there and there was nothing she could do. I guess I just bought "gifts" for some associate. I will never go back to this store of thieves. Hopefully the Germantown store has honest employees.

MV Store is organized and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful except for Steve. I am not sure if it was just today or if Stwve is like this daily, but he was quite rude and loud. He rudely td someone on the phone that they are not hiring (Big Lots Mont. Village is currently hiring for 2 positions). Steve also demanded that several young adults to get off the furniture. The group was very responsive and polite, but Steve's rudeness was not necessary.
