The employees here are outstanding. They Are always willing to go above and beyond to help in anyway possible. I had one of the techs go out of her way to find the best coupon deal for one of the medications I was on. This took her 15 mins, and was not part of “her job” nor is it something she is required to do. This in itself may not seem like a big deal, because at most Publix pharmacies there are 3,4,5+ employees working behind the counter... HOWEVER. This one has TWO PEOPLE AT ALL TIMES... 1 pharmacist, and 1 tech... which is CRAZY considering this location is in a very busy area. There are countless large neighborhoods within a 5 miles radius, and yet they have 2 people working this pharmacy. I hardly ever leave reviews, but this is my 5th time walking into this pharmacy just to wait an absurd amount of time to either drop off/pick up my script. I am talking about a 15/20 min wait for a line of 2 or 3 people... ALL because The pharmacy wants to pay the minimum amount of employees to get the job done. Even if it Means the customers, and employees suffer because of it. So once again PUBLIX 1 star ⭐️ Pharmacy staff 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
