I want to say that “I Love Pretty Things” Florist has impressed me today in a big way!! My Mother passed away and the funeral was today. In all the craziness and how tired we have been, we forgot all about ordering a floral spray for the top of her casket. We called them yesterday at 2:30pm and needed it by 5:00pm for the visitation. They didn’t bat an eye. We had called another shop and were quoted a price almost double what they quoted us for a small spray. When that “small spray” arrived at the funeral home we were above and beyond surprised as the spray was huge, filled with roses and multiple varieties of other flowers and way exceeded our expectations. I also just wanted thank the shop and employees for getting it there in time for the 5:00 service on such short notice.

Ordered a floral arrangement for a dear friend who was in the hospital. She took into consideration the kind of flowers I needed to use and was very sweet. My friend sent me a picture of the arrangement and they really were gorgeous. I was very well pleased. I would highly recommend them.

This florist did a fabulous job on flowers for my Uncles services. It was over a holiday weekend and most florist refused to supply more than pot plants. This florist went above and beyond.

Perfect! We first went to the other florists in Jacksonville that we usually use, without finding what we wanted. Then My daughter found I Love Pretty Things on the internet. We gave them a try. How fortunate we were to have found this place! Maresa carefully listened to what our bride-to-be had in mind and gave lots of helpful suggestions as to what would work well for our circumstances. She designed bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and hairpieces that were perfect for our theme and needs. She worked around our changes, had it all ready as requested, and carefully packed every thing so that it could be transported to the wedding. On top of that, I was surprised at the bill, it was all very reasonably priced. But the quality, freshness and individual design of her flowers was what pleased us most. We will be back!
