This place is awesome. The weather was really nice the first day so we got to use the beach and pool. It rained the rest of the time but they have a game room so we still had tons of fun. Will definitely be back!

The owners and grounds manager were awesome. This is definitely a relaxing place. They were friendly from the start and added small but meaningful touches for my family reunion. They knew I had worked hard and made it memorable. This is a relaxing place definitely not a place for loud crowds. Unfortunately the people with me didn't appreciate this place enough to respect that. My immediate family and I will visit again. The game room and pool were also nice. The cabins were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Good price for a relaxing time.

Absolutely amazing. The owners were on point of making sure my family and I were taken care of and enjoying our stay. The cabins are very cozy, homey feeling, and spacious. We were mere feet from the water and the game room. Also, considering we went on mothers day weekend, the facility was very quiet. We weren't alone but never bothered by any one. And of course, the boat ride was just a cherry on top! Bring towels and bathroom essentials. Luckily, I read that right before leaving our house! I was able to grab everything last minute. We are already planning on coming back again! Love, love love everything about it. Don't worry about trying to entertain children.. my 4 year old never missed a beat of having fun! She had a blast with the game room activities, the beach, boat ride, and playing out doors in the field outside of the game room; corn holes was her fave! Thanks Bryan and Gwen for making this a magical weekend getaway!

Hi, Jeff! Cedar Lodge is still renting cabins to individuals, families, and smaller groups.
Absolutely, walk across the street to the open lost between cabins. They asked us for a fishing license tho. The local store sells day passes
Hi, Sheri! The resort does not allow pets at this time. There is a public boat ramp approximately 5 minutes from the resort that guests are able to launch from. You may keep your boat docked on the shore or pier overnight, but guests assume all liability in the unlikely event any damage occur occur. Cedar Lodge guests have access to a private sandy beachfront swimming area and fishing pier. The largest cabins, 42 and 43, do have fenced areas. We recommend stopping in the town of Burnet or Kingsland on your way in, but there are gas stations you can get ice/gas just a few minutes from the resort. The lake levels are full at this time!

Hello, Juan! Rates vary depending on cabin size. April would be considered Spring season and range between $170-350 per night. There are 2 cabins #35 and #41 that can accommodate 8 guests. During April, #35 is $240/night and #41 is $260/night. You can find more information about those cabins here https://cedarlodgetexas.com/rooms/6-and-8-person-cabins
You do not need a fishing license until you’re 17 years old. 16 and under fish with no license!
16 and under need no license.
$180+ per night because that's peak season weekend
