I was sent to this facility to have a chest X-ray done for my 5 year old daughter who has been having problems with pneumonia. After pleading with my employer to get out early, being turned away from another facility earlier that afternoon, and my daughter battling pneumonia for the past two weeks I was at my wits end and just wanted it to be over and her to be healthy again. Because we had an an order I was told that we wouldn’t need an appointment and I could walk in and so I wanted to get her in asap. When I arrived I was basically told the same thing as the other facility that we needed an appointment and the machine that was serviced that morning was not working. While we were discussing this matter a gentleman walked in for his 4:30 appt and after hearing we wouldn’t be able to have her chest X-ray completed he offered his time to us. Completely overwhelmed and humbled by this man’s generosity I don’t know what came over me but I wasn’t able to contain my emotions. I thanked him from the bottom of my heart and this prompted the front office team to do what they could to make sure we were seen. They didn’t just accommodate myself and my daughter but also the kind gentleman who so willingly gave up his spot for us. Kindness and compassion goes a long way and you never know when someone needs it the most. Thank You again to Mr J and Ms. Bridgett, and Ms. Alyson for your understanding and kindness that day. It really meant a lot and I’m happy to report that my daughter was able to enjoy her holiday weekend sick free. ❤️

These are literally the nicest, most caring, compassionate health care employees I have encountered. 2nd time I have needed to go, so it was not just a 1 off chance. Not enough good words for them ALL from reception to CT, ultrasound and bone density scanning. AMAZING folks!
