I’ve shopped here for years. Unfortunately this morning we experienced very poor service from a 50-60 year old black gentleman I didn’t get his name. This man didn’t want to be bothered with helping me at all. Not sure why he has a job in customer service. My experience was poor enough to take time for this review. Please help Fox appliance with these reps at your front desk.

I called ahead that I was on the way and tried to tell them what I needed to save time. The rep on the phone was rude and hung up on me. When I got there it was 6 min to close and they already had the door locked and I tried to see if they would help and just yelled “closed”. You definitely just lost a customer that used to bring you continued business.
