The woman, apparently the owner has a very nasty attitude. I spent over $30 in this establishment more than once and she puts 2 duck sauce in my bag. When i asked for more duck sauce she gives me 2 more and then began to speak wherever language she speaks in a very rude manner. She has repeatedly maintain this same attitude when asked for more duck sauce. She has also trained her son to do the same thing.And the food really it's that good! I only went because it was convenient for me at the time but now i will take the drive for good customer services. So If you are looking for quality food with great customer service i would suggest Egg Roll on Spears Creek Church Road.

This establishment does not know how to admit fault and correct an issue (I’ve a few issues before, but just never said anything about how they handled the situation). Today I ordered orange beef with white rice and a shrimp roll. When I got home and opened the container, the beef definitely looked like the fried chicken that is used for the orange or general tso chicken. I immediately call and the woman who took my order said she remembers the order (I only live about 6 minutes away) and to give her a few minutes. She asked for my number before we got off the phone. I drive back to show her and when I get there she tells me it’s fried beef. I tell her the menu description says it’s lightly sautéed, which is different from fried. She proceeds to play in the food which I had not touched and tell me that it’s the same thing. She closes the little window and now seems to have grown a pair and she’s now loud talking to me although I was calm and didn’t get loud with her. She’s more aggressive and I am just standing there looking at her. She says she’s not recooking anything, which I didn’t have a problem with. She finally gives me a refund and as I take my money, I say thank you and walk away. She continues yelling as I am walking out of the door. This is probably the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been in. I didn’t take a picture of the plate because I knew there had to be a mix up and there’s no way they would try to tell me that I was given beef after seeing the plate.
