We have been using this limo company forever. A long time customer, even when they first started out as Murphy. I will NEVER use them again. I wanted to continue to support them even though they are double the price of an Uber because they always prided themselves on customer service & ensured they would track your flight and you would not have to worry if you were delayed. Well that clearly is not the case anymore. When I called to ensure they knew my flight was delayed, they told me there was nothing they could do, the driver has no time to pick you up later. I said this has happened numerous times before and never has been issue. The lady on the answering service said sorry nothing we can do, we are busy. So now you’re leaving me stranded & also changing company policy and doing so with terrible customer service. I am now being billed 7 days later for a trip I never took & a trip they refused to honor because United delayed my flight. I will never use them again, terrible customer service at its finest. Run away from this company & save yourself a headache and book an Uber/Lyft for half the price. There is no longer any benefit of using this company, they have gone downhill. Long time customer lost forever

I have used MyLimo several times for drop-offs and pick-ups at Newark Airport. Drivers always arrive a few minutes early. Each driver we’ve had has always been courteous and has driven carefully. Vehicles are always clean and well-maintained. Office staff is pleasant and calls a day or two prior to confirm your pickup. Our most recent experience was a few days at Newark Airport. Our driver Mark was awesome. There was an issue with the terminal that our plane had landed in, and Mark was very patient as he drove to our new terminal and gave me directions on where he was situated. He was even kind enough to stop at our local bagel store on the way home so we could pick up something to eat. We felt very comfortable with him driving, especially after the horrible experience we had with the driver taking us to Orlando Airport (NOT a MyLimo company). Mark was a breath of fresh air and helped us end our trip on a positive note. We love MyLimo and will only use them for car service!
