A female friend referred me to Jackson's Appliance because she knew I needed a dryer, so I took her advice and drove out to the place a couple of weeks later. I waited because I heard scary stories about purchasing use Appliance and was going back and forth. Anyway, I went ahead with it. I picked out a dryer and scheduled it to be delivered in two weeks. The day of delivery I had to call because it was passed the time. It's a good thing I called because appointment time and day was forgotten. He showed up and took the dryer up my stairs alone and created a small hole in my wall. He admitted it takes 2 people to do the job. I overlooked it because I was excited to get a dryer. I would of been alright with the dryer if it had last a year or more. My dryer only last for 2 months and half. I strongly feel I was given a lemon, and he expected me to pay for service to fix. I decline because I didn't want to waste anymore money. I should have follow my gut about this place. A lesson learned and moved on.

Mr. Jackson has repaired several of our Samsung appliances. Although I wouldn't recommend Samsung, I would definitely recommend Jackson Appliance Repair and Sales. He provides quality service, is respectful to both the customer and property, and is very knowledgeable!! We have been extremely pleased with his work!!

Great service at a fair price! Called on Thursday, Mr. Jackson showed up on Friday. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. Very pleased and would highly recommend!
