Today, I went into the store to shop for some clothing items for an upcoming trip. I've come to this location before, and never had an issue. However, the older lady working the fitting room was extremely rude to me, and even said, "Ma'am are you having trouble articulating what this sign says?" But she said it all in a very condescending tone. I simply couldn't hear her, and also had never had my items counted beforehand from the fitting room staff. I completely understand counting it beforehand, totally makes sense as a fellow retail and tech worker here. But, I did not appreciate the complete condescending attitude, and demeanor towards me. Terrible customer service. Also the fitting rooms were very hot, and it made the experience even more uncomfortable while trying on clothes in what felt like a sauna. As someone who has worked in various positions for customer service, this is not how you should treat anyone in any setting.

I am a quick and lazy packer so I needed some things when I came to AL for a business trip. I really like the store. So many things I wanted to buy but couldn’t because of my carry on suitcase. No room. Line was a little long but not too long of a wait. Store was organized and clean. Customer service was standard.
