Hi Kym, until recreational is fully implemented, the best option would be for you to obtain a physician recommendation and apply for a Medical Marijuana Card. Patients with a card will be exempt from the 20% sales tax on recreational. The State of Montana has until Oct 1st, 2021, to set up regulations and licensing for dispensaries. Thanks for your question. In the past, we have provided limited shipping services on a case-by-case basis to assist with covid precautions. We are no longer accepting new patients into the mail-order service. The recreational marijuana bill that passed the legislature and is awaiting the governor's signature prohibits it. As a result, we are forced to discontinue this service. We do have an online ordering system with near real-time store inventories for in-store or curbside pickup as an alternative. Elevated will no longer require staff or patients to wear masks in the locales where the mandate has been lifted. These locations are, Billings Lockwood, Billings West End and Roberts. Elevated will continue to require staff to wear masks in the districts that currently still have the mandate in place. These locations are Great Falls​, Helena, Bozeman and Butte. If a Patient in Billings or Roberts, where masks are not required, makes a request that personnel wear a mask in their presence, then Elevated requires personnel to accommodate the patient's request by wearing a mask until that Patient exits the premises. Elevated will continue to provide masks for staff and customers until further notice. In addition, staff continue to regularly clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces at all stores. We are monitoring further directives issued by state officials and will adjust policy to remain compliant; and above all, serve our Patients with the highest standards in the industry.
