This is a mixed review, We 1st went in to look at a Chevy Traverse, we did not like it , Mike showed us a White Pathfinder we LOVED it, put application in right away, I was approved. Ran into snags with proof of employment, my employer does not give a pay stub the finance company would accept, while this is all being worked out I have 2 min conversation about another Pathfinder ( Black) with Mike, I never mentioned that pathfinder again we did not like the Carfax. Finally I was told I can get the White Pathfinder, go down the day they say to come get it and they had the black Pathfinder ready for me, The one we said we did not want, After some back and forth of course we had to come up with another $1800 down for Total down payment of $3900 I am happy I got the car I wanted just disappointed at their lack of communication, it really could have been a lot better
