Granite Falls has the ABSOLUTE BEST STAFF! Today was my first time going since I got NY membership last year. They are so helpful! I didn't even need to ask for help and one of the life guards came over and asked if I needed help getting into the Lazy River and then he said to let him know when I was ready to get out. He saw me ready to get out and he shouted for another lifeguard to help me. That lifeguard wheel me over to the pool and helped me get in and then helped me back out

Closes too early in the evenings. Especially on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Opens too late on weekends, especially on Sundays. Gym area is small with limited equipment. Outside pool is over crowded because the club has too many members for its size. Parking is a nightmare in the summer. During the non summer months the inside pool is barely accessible after standard working day hours because of the swim team. On the up side, the swim instructors are good and the cost for private lessons is reasonable. The bar and food options at the outside pool are a nice touch. Good selection of studio classes as well. Overall though I wouldn't choose to keep my membership if it wasn't forced as a community member.

Staff is wonderful! Pool accessibility is great. Can get extremely overrun with children under 10 during the week as they have a summer daycare camp that has about 40-50 kids each day. But they are VERY WELL organized and behaved. I love the Shark Shack (snacks) and the Watering Hole (bar).
