Mineshaft is my local HD dealership and I will always purchase my new bikes there. I feel that all avid HD riders should do that vs running out of state or to the big overblown corporate showrooms that HD wants. HD is allowing big dealerships to absorb small family owned businesses. That is not cool. Gary is a deal closer and very professional! He has excellent rapport and willing to make a deal. He will make it happen if possible. Sherry and Vicky in the clothing dept are excellent also. I remember them during my first purchase at Prestonsburg HD. They are like family and go beyond to find a piece of gear for me. They have put items behind the counter and saved it so I could get it payday I can’t say enough about all the staff at mineshaft HD. Ray, Seth, Aubrey, smitty, Barry etc. beginning with the Blakcburns They are an excellent crew and make me feel like family.
