Customer service lady was very nice. I know, not her fault. FEDEX policies stink. My business goes elsewhere. Seriously... Sorry FEDEX. FEDEX does not allow a cash paying customer (with cash or credit card) to prepay for a prepaid return label for return shipping on a parcel in case fuel prices increase.

Overcharged rude and poor service. I have visited multiple times to this location and they are rude and deliver a poor product. Other locations have better customer service and many go out of their way to assist.

Roberta was beyond amazing! I accidentally messed up the dimensions for the invitations that I needed printed, and she went above and beyond! She fixed them and made sure I left happy and satisfied. I am so thankful to have such an incredible experience here. Definitely recommend to anyone & everyone.
