I didn't care for the way the salesmen guide you thru the store. I like to compare products, price, and just browse. That doesn't seem to be allowed. I was also accused of stealing when I put a dremel bit back on the wrong peg. I had to go back into the store to show the manager. I won't be back.

I went in with very little knowledge of how the FedEx dropoff there works. Ann was very helpful in getting everything I needed so that I could send my documents out right away.
