$25 activation fee for $10 SIM card as a new customer, $4 service fee for any in store bill payments. Rip offs

The young man was fairly new,working in the store, but he was very patient and he was very nice, helpful and he got my daughter's phone and my phone switched like we needed to get them!! Fairly good timing and the staff was very friendly!!
