I've used victory lane for a couple years, since the Chevy dealership in north Branch is over a month to get a oil and have always had a good experience. I've always done a synthetic oil change on my equinox and usually go in a at 3500-4000 mile . This last time my wife went in because I was working and said she wanted a synthetic oil change and the guy working Adam told here because her oil change was over 3000 mile interval she needed to do a engine cleaning because the oil was dirty. Her not knowing did it. I don't think we will be back after doing a synthetic oil change and then being scammed on an engine cleaning service. To top it off this was the 2nd oil change on a new engine installed by forest lake Chevrolet.
