I called them to try and resolve an issue. I couldn't be more polite and the receptionist meets it with rudeness. Then she hangs up on me. It wasn't necessary and incredibly unprofessional. Please do better

I think so but I think it has to be just the board not the whole phone. I would call them first to be sure. The people that work there are really helpful. I know for certain that they take mother boards and hard drives from computers.
