I need more stars -- 5 isn't enough! NMS did all the HVAC work for finishing my basement and provide annual servicing for my furnace and AC to keep them working well. The folks at NMS are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, responsive and provide superior customer service. I just can't recommend them enough.

NMS Mechanical is Top Notch! They install quality products at competitive pricing. They are fast without compromising their quality and they are fun to work with. I highly recommend them and will use no one else again! Thanks Jason and Stacie!

Our central air unit went out just days before forecasted highs in the 90s with heat indexes above 100. We were referred to Jason/NMS by a friend and he came out within hours of contacting him providing us with a thorough quote and our various options. NMS’s pricing was competitive and often better than the other quotes we received. He and rest of the staff was very professionally, friendly and helpful. Our new system was installed within days of getting our estimate. I would highly recommend NMS Mechanical!

We do not, however, we do have some awesome references for you!
Yes, there are many reasons. Extending the lifespan of your unit as well as keeping your manufacture warranty in tact are few but more importantly it is never fun to have a unit go out when it is -10. Preventive maintenance is probably the most important reason to get a tune up
Yes we do. In fact, since we are flat-rate; ball park pricing can be given over the phone! If interested in moving forward, then at that time we will schedule a quick visit to come out to go over options, measure for properly sized equipment get pictures for our installers and confirm pricing.
Once a month is ideal and works for most households. Obviously pet dander/hair, home construction projects etc...can make it so that it needs to be done more often.
The main reason why a furnace blows cold air is due to an air flow restriction due to a dirty filter. More than likely you need a new filter.
